Europa heeft het ergste van de recessie nu wel gezien, meent de Europese Commissie. De economie kromp in het tweede kwartaal met 0,1 procent en dat is minder dan vooraf verwacht.

- I am a young economist at the Itinera Institute, a Brussels based think-tank for sustained economic growth and social protection, and an independent consultant.
